UNDERSTANDING OF ROLES & PRINCIPLES OF WORK
As the world of work changes, so do the demands on the HR function. In my projects I see myself as a partner to my clients, working side by side with them to solve problems at the interface between people and organisations.
I see the increasing digitalisation and further development of AI as an opportunity for HR to finally replace the “admin” and “go-to” person by implementing smart tools. Hut abzunehmen und zu zeigen, was wirklich in uns steckt. In my projects, I also act as and “motivator” and “driver” of HR modernisation.

Your goals and interests are my top priority. My experience from many projects has taught me that a clear definition of tasks and roles is essential for a successful project. That’s why we consciously take time for this at the beginning.
Regardless of role and project, these are my personal working principles:
- “With the goal in mind: I don’t start anything without understanding the purpose and having a specific goal in mind. I avoid uncontrolled actionism wherever I can.
- “People before Process”: I love well thought through However, working with people means prioritising their urgent needs.
- “Done is better than perfect: Careful analysis of the facts and quality are extremely important, but at some point a “button” has to be pushed, i.e. a decision has to be made to get things moving.
